1. What if I can't find my Record ID?
Your Record ID is provided by the school administration. If you've lost it, please contact the school office with your student ID and full name to retrieve it. The Record ID follows this format: AMC-XXXXXXXXXX-XX (e.g., AMC-2024001234-01).
2. Why is my result not showing after entering correct details?
This could be due to several reasons: (1) The result may not have been uploaded yet, (2) You may have entered the wrong session/term combination, (3) There might be a mismatch in Student ID format, (4) The result is still being processed. Contact the school if the issue persists.
3. Can I access results from previous sessions?
Yes! Click the "SCHOOL RESULTS" button on the left side of the screen to see all available results organized by session and term. For older results not showing here, use the "Older Result Portal" button in the side panel.
4. What should I do if the PDF doesn't load properly?
Try these steps: (1) Check your internet connection, (2) Refresh the page, (3) Try opening the result on a different browser, (4) Use the "Open in new tab" option if available, (5) Contact the school if the PDF appears corrupted. On mobile devices, the PDF viewer works best with Chrome or Safari.
5. Is my data secure on this portal?
Yes. We use secure connections and your result data is protected. However, never share your Record ID with anyone as it provides access to your academic records. The school will never ask for your Record ID via email or phone - always enter it directly on this official portal.
6. How long are results kept in the system?
Current session results are available immediately after upload. Results from the past 3 academic sessions are available on this portal. Older results can be accessed through the Older Result Portal. For archival records beyond 5 years, please contact the school administration directly.
